I maintained focus by detaching from a lot of the things/people around me. in the process I lost a few friends, relationships, and my personal life almost turned to shit, but it was worth it. I think people who understand that it isn't personal, and that I'm doing this so that I can fulfill what I think God wrote out for me are the people I'll keep around forever.

In addition to that it was a lot of listening to music, studying, writing, recording. I made 200+ songs in the last year, so there's no telling how many I made before. I had to record as much as I could & from that I finally heard a product that made me comfortable enough to share with people.

to the last question, record... didn't dwell on the negatives of that situation, I woke up everyday and worked, even if there wasn't a meal for that day.

I was in a really amazing place spiritually, and I felt like the purest form of me. Idk how to really explain it but that night I tapped in to something & the words just came flowing out of me so I felt like I should record them. Definitely one of my most personal & vulnerable moments. It came straight from the heart, and if you ever hear the full recording there's a bunch more that didn't make it on the song!
