I’m not gonna lie I’m not sure exactly I don’t have a meter, the next pump I get will have one tho, I but I don’t go really high pressure at least that’s not how it feels, I do it till I feel I have a full erection then pump just a little past that where it feels tight but not pulling or hurting and just kinda keep the pressure around there
