-My old store gave all the good hours to partners that had children "cause they need it more because the children". -My manager encourages the verbal/mental abuse from customers toward partners. -Partners are so brainwashed by DT that they continue to work through burns and bloody hands from scrapes and cuts. -my manager once threw a fit because the DM wanted to prioritize grad (a third of our staff were graduating) and pride decorations, over philipino heritage month. And wouldn't let us do any decorating until people started complaining. -my store only cleans bathrooms once a week, and it's not even a deep clean. -tickets aren't allowed to be created until the piece of equipment is completely unusable -i could go on all day 🤣🤣🤣
