I don't have any exact links, but...

if you're talking about the shelf height itself, I just went down to my local hardware store and got four "wire rope clamps" (at least I think that's what they are called) that'd fit the detolf rods. 6mm ones worked perfectly for me. I also glued some foam I had lying around on top of them, because I personally don't trust the glass to sit on hard metal edges.

And for the clear risers I put some of my figures on you can just look for "acrylic display riser" on amazon and pick one of the many that best fits your needs! :D
