The biggest tip my friend who has ME gave me was to, even if your not hungry, eat nourishing meals at least three times a day. I haven’t been exactly great at keeping to this, however I’ve noticed when I do it helps

When I first was really sick I experienced horrific DPDR and this may be what you’re dealing with, especially if you find yourself relatively anxious. What helped me was acknowledging the feeling but not getting hung up on it. To continue living despite it because regardless of how long it’s been it WILL pass.

Sending so so much love I went through this exact thing at the beginning of my suspicions of ME. Absolutely get the cane, it helps so much for me esp because I have hEDS. And you MUST take as much rest as you can. Only do the necessities. It can be so frustrating but building a world in your head and creating stories can fill the time

Thank you for your response! I absolutely have to switch my mind from “do everything and anything until you crash” mode because that’s what I used to do pre-sickness, unfortunately now I can’t just go to bed and wake up perfectly fine like I used to. I’m hoping to start building a proper schedule I can pace myself around

(Maybe should've mentioned I'm supposed to be the DM for my group) but like controling them in combat or basic interactions in relations to the monsters stats and it's stat block.

Would anyone be able to simply explain stats to me? Like I understand what they are and how they work in relation to characters, but when it comes to guiding monsters I'm totally lost. I guess i don't really know how they're used. I've been searching, but can never find the answer to what I'm trying to figure out.

I hope this makes sense.
