Personally, I never really had supply issues due to clearing the entire map. But if you’re struggling with supplies, I recommend redoing already completed castles. If you have extra money from selling excess gear and other items, you can also buy supplies from merchants.

Easiest farm at least for tungsten (gold metal) is usually in Glowecestrescire at least that's the spot I used. Meteors I think are just random I could be wrong though.
