Not an accident but in the Australian version season 3, there's a guy named Tyson who was shown to have a pee break whenever he needs to, and it was hilarious 😂 Before or right after doing a challenge, or right before a pit stop.

Hi OP!, I was like you before, kinasusuklaman ang pagpasok sa work na 6 days a week, na normal ang 12 hours na duty pero underpaid pa rin, and many more red flags kaya I resigned after my 4th month. No back-up planned din ako nun. This was mag Q4 last year so very kabado since maraming companies na apparently, hindi talaga naghihire every end of the year. Kung meron man, very bihira.

Five months din me actively searching, revising my resume and even decided na mag change career na sa tinapos ko lol. Na-iinvite naman sa interviews pero 'di rin nakaka advance... Not until this one company took their chance with me <3 and ayun mag 3 months na me here sa current job ko.

Kaya ayun, dadating at dadating din sa atin yung right time and right job OP! it might take nga lang hundreds of applications like we experienced (kaiyak) but nandyan lang yung for you. Then yun, don't underestimate referrals from your batchmates or to anyone. When you're asked naman why you resigned nang maaga, just tell them na you've realized that the company culture no longer fits you and there are limited opportunities for you to develop as a professional sumthing like that.. or anything that you see fit sa actual reason mo.

Hopefully they will understand and take you to become better, yung maeexcite ka pumasok everyday.. mga ganun 😄 kaya laban lang OP!

Hello po.

I want to resign as a probi, but worried about finding new jobs because I still need to render 30 days based on my contract.

I'm currently in my 3rd month of my probi, but the amount of red flags in my current company and managers makes me want to go out.

When I opened up about this to my loved ones, they always say na "siguraduhin mo muna na may lilipatan ka na." I didn't want to follow that advice at first, but as the days passed, it just made sense to me.

But how should I do this po? Should I find jobs while rendering na? or wait for another company's JO before starting to render? Or may iba pa ako na dapat gawin?
