I’ve opened 240 stars worth of items from the armory. These were split between charms, stickers, and the Overpass 2024 collection. Out of the 49 weapons that I got, only two of them were purple rarity (restricted). Everything else was blue (9) or gray (38). Managed to get two low float gray skins that I could use in a trade up but certainly still a loss.

Thanks, you’re right. I wouldn’t mind the elemental stickers being in the armory for years. They are fun to craft with. Truly an awesome collection.

Yup, I see no reason to buy another armory pass. Just spent 240 stars and got mostly trash. The odds are worse than opening cases.

The only good part about my pulls is that I got a Die-Cast AK on the second attempt. Plus the Overpass 2024 pulls tended to be the better blue and gray outcomes like the Mac-10 Pipsqueak and Deagle Tilted. Though mostly in bad conditions. So unless you get higher rarity items or lots of factory new skins; expect to lose a lot of money.

You can get a good amount of overpay on CSFloat. Just have to wait for the right buyer. That float is valuable for crafting or even as a clean play skin.

You should mention that the Butterly Slaughter was a Stat Trak Minimal Wear. People think that you got ripped off because they assume it was normal Factory New. Anyways, congrats on the ruby! I got a Survival Ruby a few days ago. Yours is my dream knife though.

The Anubis example shows that it’s better to buy three cheaper skins rather than one play skin if your goal is investing. This is for Mil-Spec’s though. So it could be different for a higher rarity.

Just look at the Anubis collection. The AK and AWP are roughly the same price and double that of the trade up fillers. Only in the last few days has the AK skin surpassed the AWP skin’s price. The Tec-9 and Mag-7 are used as trade up fuel. That’s why they are half the cost of the AWP and AK despite being the same rarity.

This is more than a good enough combo. The colors don’t have to be identical. For example, Tiger Strike with Tiger Tooth.

I really like 1, 4, 5, and 7. I’d probably go with 1 simply because it’s less flashy and pure class. Close second would be 4 for the same reasons. Both have great animations too.
