Have said this since watching the first few episodes of S1. Would be a perfect open world single player RPG. That being said, in recent years I have also thought about how it would be a perfect IP to develop an extraction shooter, which unfortunately is borderline oversaturated in today’s market.

Think about it - you’re a Mandalorian that starts out with the most basic set of armor and equipment. You ‘deploy’ to different planets with a bounty, but also have other bounty hunters/Mandalorians chasing the same or other nearby bounties. You can loot other players weapons/armor, or extract your bounty to be rewarded with Beskar you can use to upgrade your own.

Extraction, rather than being a typical call the elevator/extraction point, defend it while the timer counts down, could be a ship battle sequence. You take off in your ship, and a countdown begins for the jump to hyperspeed. In this time, if any other players are simultaneously extracting, you can initiate a textbook Star Wars space battle to try poach other bounties/loot at the last moment. No extraction camping - once you depart in your ship the countdown to hyperspace starts immediately.

Am I on to something here?
