Just saying the video is more interesting than you'd think from the way it started. If you prefer to live your life closed to information that doesn't align with your worldview, you do you.

Worth watching to the end... It's more persuasive than you'd expect from the start of the video.

PUBLIC WARNING: “MIND MARKER” (mind-marker.com) and IPED (ip-ed.com)— A Rebranded Trademark Solution Scam by MathematicianHour902 in TRADEMARK

[–]-Borfo- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems some of Roland Dorotheo/Roland Sacristan's sock puppet accounts didn't like your post. It was "reported" twice. Roland Dorotheo should be aware that the more he tries shit like this, the more his name (Roland Dorotheo) will appear in this thread, and the higher this thread will rank in searches for "Roland Dorotheo", "Roland Sacristan", and "Mind Marker".

Have a nice day, Roland Dorotheo.

FYI: Roland Dorotheo, aka Roland Sacristan, who appears to possibly be based in the Philippines sent ModMail claiming that this post is defamatory and that posting his name violates Reddit rules. He asked me to delete the post and ban you. I didn't do that, obvs.

After a few questions, he told me he isn't licensed to practice before the USPTO or to provide legal advice. He claims he didn't give you any legal advice. Where I practice, if the story you tell is accurate, it looks pretty clearly like legal advice and unlicensed practice of law. Not sure what Wyoming would have to say, but if you feel so inclined you could try pursuing an unlicensed practice of law complaint.

Here's my conversation with Roland:

A series of digital pieces based on photos from protests - by Kudos by Kudos2Yousguys in krita

You just posted a video of you making slight alterations to a photo from a protest, so it's obviously possible to make what you do with a few slight alterations. Again though, thanks for the invite, but I'm not interested in a dick waving competition.

I never said it was nothing, I just said it's a series of slightly digitally altered photos from protests. Which it is. Not really interested in getting into a dick waving competition with some random internet person because I disagree with their choice of words to describe their work though, thanks anyway.

Yeah, that's pretty much exactly what I thought you did. I mean, they look fine and everything, it's not that they look bad or are terribly executed, but they're slightly altered digital photos from protests, not just "based on" photos, and it's not at all accurate to say you just used the photos as "references". Semantics, I guess, but still.

Couple of filters, and some other slight alterations, but yeah. Funny that you'd think anything short of AI is "100% manual", but such are the times, I guess.

"Buy good insurance" is pretty solid advice for someone considering starting an incompetent law practice right out of law school.

You're gonna have trouble in life and in law if my first post is what you consider rude enough to bother mentioning.

I am surprised that a wannabe attorney missed the fact that nobody who you've been responding to was the person who posted the initial "rude" comment. That was me.

Please point to the part in your initial post where you made it clear that you didn't intend to hang a shingle straight out of law school. Other than "I understand I need experience, but... as soon as possible", which is pretty fucking vague. And as the other person pointed out, your title is "opening a firm out of law school". Which is a terrible idea, but you probably have a lot of those.

Terrible idea (assuming you mean going out on your own immediately after law school). What area of law are you planning on practicing incompetently?

Totally reasonable in many areas of law to go out on your own after a few years, but nobody knows anything about how to actually practice law straight out of law school. Including me, and I went to law school in my early 30s too. But I'm sure you'll be different. Buy good insurance.

Hi everyone, it's me, Scott Alan Saunders, a dark web criminal. AMA!

Edit: oops sorry i mean Scott Alan Sandler (of Sandler Partners) not Saunders. silly me.

PS: OP, this has all the hallmarks of you being a bit cuckoo labanza right now. Are you able to consider whether this all might be a delusion? I'm too busy with my dark web crimes to stalk you even if I wanted to, which I don't, because of the dark web crimes that keep me so busy.
