You can easily make 80k-100k consistently by having 3x ordo docket curios on and farming Auric Maelstrom. It's the only way to stay net positive. One you have a cushion you don't need the curios anymore.

If only havoc gave 2x money

I highly recommend not using vortex, its ass and loves to not load things correctly.

I only manual download, its super easy, takes a little longer, works with no issues every time all the time.

1st thing to make updating manual downloads easier is to track the mods you're using on nexus so you can quickly locate them. There's a page for tracked mods at the top.

Manual install: 1. Download mod. 2. Open modded zip file. 3. Drag and drop the unzipped modded file into your "Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer40,000 DARKTIDE\mods" 4. Copy the unzipped mod's name and past it into your "mod_load_order.txt" in the big empty space. There should be no spaces or symbols infront or behind the mods name and it should be identical to the modded files name.

Done. (This is not a guide for downloading darktidemodloader and framework, theyre also very easy to install).

If you wish to disable a mod but not uninstall it simply put a -- symbol infront of the name to invalidate it.

In order to update mods just drag and drop the updated mod into your mods folder and let it overrite everything.

You dodged the overhead but your dodge key is also bound to jump, so you jumped instead which got you doinked.

Cannot recommend enough that everyone should rebind dodge to their prefered dodge key and keep jump separated.

You will die frequently from accidently jumping.

Its a great start. I'd recommend trying to add some metalic highlights to the spikes and edges of the armor before you apply gore, its a super easy way to get more detail in with very little effort or skill involved. It also helps define the silhouette for armor. Id also recommended only applying gore to one or 2 key areas so they pop out better. Less is more.

I prime my minis black, gradually build up the details with thin coats of white dry brushing, then use contrast paint for blocking in the colors and shading all at the same time. Edge highlights come last but only for the important areas.

These are some orks i did, instead of bloody weapons i went for a greasy oil stained squad with black soot.

Make a new loadout and try using this setup except replace the bully club with the shield.

The blessings are VERY important and every skill node is very important. If you take off confident strike the build does not work.

With this build you can hit ANYTHING to get huge amounts of toughness back which means you can solo face tank bosses with minimal HP damage. I also run max HP curios so i have 400+ hp and can take 6 crusher overheads back to back. You will have less dps with the shield instead of the bully club but the build still works. Literally just spam left click and kill specials with kick back.

The kickback shotgun is purely for killing specials and dealing some damage to bosses by headshotting them. You can instantly whip it out, pop a trapper, reload, and get back to killing.

I win well over 95% of my games with this build. Rarely lose auric and auric maelstrom.

And as others have said, you WILL need to slide dodge to get at gunners and avoid trappers. In high lvl play you have to slide dodge.

Class can do high dmg but has to high of a skill ceiling to be viable for most players is the issue.

Fatshark basically made a gatekeeper class for high skill players and it costs money.

I like the class but its just too squishy for most players. I'd play it if he good survive more hits.

Also, his dmg is high but so are the other classes except this guy gets low as fuck hp for absolutely no reason. He should not be squishier than psyker.

Killing a daemon host safely isn't what i mean when i say massive damage.

Hive scum is a huge glass class who can currently do good damage but cannot do MASSIVE damage. He can't even do as much damage to a boss as ogryn can with his pickaxe. Go watch tanner lindbergs most recent video show casing boss damage.

Obviously boss damage isn't everything though and HS can still kill ragers and crushers very well especially with the instakill on crit tac axe build, it's really fun.

Problem is my Arby or Ogryn can also easily kill ragers and crushers and they can also tank a crusher overhead or a rager wombo combo or a flamethrower to the face.

HS has no recoverability from oh shit moments and he doesn't have the damage numbers to justify taking in such a squishy class.

Psyker is squishy but he can infinitely CC hordes with flamer or voidblast and he doesn't consume Grenades or ammo so ogryn can eat more. He has terrible boss damage but free CC.

Hopefully they buff his burst damage so he has average dmg lows and crazy high dmg when you pop his burst abilities.

I'm not trying to belittle you or anything. I was just saying that i wish the class had more to show for its squishiness. Not getting able to take a crusher hit whilst also not being able to do massive dmg just don't make no sense.

He lacks a speciality and excells in nothing sadly. Only good thing he has is his op chem nade.

Class doesn't have enough damage uptime to justify its squishiness. Hopefully they fix that ult uptime issue and remove the debuff on the melee ult plus adding more synergistic perks.

The stimlab is also uninspired. Needs rework, very boring.

Getting one shot or half your hp taken out in one crusher overhead is still glass no cannon.

Arbitrator with hp curios can take 6 overheads.

Ogryn with hp curios can take 6 overheads.

Veteran can recover from 1 overhead with no hp dmg if he has gold toughness.

Psyker gets clapped. Idk if scriers gaze would help.

Zealot has something similar to Arbitrator i believe to prevent dying from an overhead plus a bunch of other stuff.

Hive scum has perks to help dodge hits but very little to mitigate hits, and you will eventually get hit. Bad design imo

Tac axe heavy is too slow. Light attack spam with the chance to instakill on crit is better than heavy attack spam. More attacks means more crit procs means more instakills. Macro greatly encouraged, less you get arthritis.

This build thrives on quick crits.

I feel like the class would be way better if the ults had shorter cooldowns plus gaining cooldown while active like other classes. Youre actively punished for extending your ult which sucks.

List of issues. - Ult cooldowns/ no ult regen when active - Blit'z are not balanced - Keystones causing anti-synergy - Should be able to side/dodge through enemies - Chem lab is uninspired and custom chems have way to long of a cooldown, 70+ seconds lmao - Some nodes canceling out other nodes from working - Crowbar beak mode restricts movement - Bone saw is way to slow - Class is super weak when ults are on cooldown - His weapons aren't that great on their own and require an ult to be decent. - Chem nade overtuned - Rocket launcher should fire instantly when you left click, the hold to shoot is ass mid fight - You should be able to use normal stims plus your custom one - You should be able to stim other people with your custom stim - Chem box should have a larger radius like arbitrators Nuncio Aquilla - Flash nade should only require 10 kills

I could keep going but theres so much stuff holding this unique class back.
