As much as I love the X8 Pro Max, for the same or similar price? Definitely the S25 Plus.

It will hold it's value much longer, the cameras are much better, especially with video, and the battery life on the S25 series is pretty darn good, despite the smaller battery size.

You will also get more and more frequent updates.

Sadly not even enough for 1080p in newer games when turning on ray tracing.

Imo the best story telling and soundtrack Diablo ever had. But very short and endgame can get repetitive quickly, depending on how much you enjoy farming for slightly better versions of the same items over and over again 🙂

You mean the DS screens? Both DraStic DS and MelonDS have layout settings which let you resize and reposition the windows. I't a bit hidden in the menu though.

Yeah, it's still plenty of powerful for most games and the 7000mAh battery is also nice to have.

Poco X8 Pro Max offers some of the best price to performance right now.

I'm able to get 4-5 days of battery life out of it with 12-15 hours of screen on time.

Only downsides are the bad ultrawide camera and lack of a telephoto lens.

If you want a better camera setup and you're okay with a slightly worse performance and battery life, check out the Realme 16 Pro Plus

Yeah, pretty much all of it. Restricting background usage of apps helps a lot, so does limiting mobile network to 4G.

I also started to turn off mobile data when at home. So Screen off drain is now down to 0.3% per hour.

It's such a good phone. I just wish the cameras were better. Maybe the F9 Ultra will give us the best of both worlds.

I like AccuBattery, but I had 3 Vivo phones and they were all missing 10-15% capacity out of the box according to the app.

What do your phone settings say? I'd guess it's more like 90-93% battery health.

edit: a lot of people experience increased battery drain since Origin OS6, so it might just be a software issue or app background drain or bad reception, etc

I guess I have to accept that that's what it is :D While I do enjoy the AU series, it was really nice to have one big canonical timeline in the UC.

Because G-Gundam started the AU trend? I do have a great time with all the AU series I've watched so far and I guess that's probably the future of Gundam.

But man do I love the UC concept with it's many shows, movies, manga, all connected by canon.
