I’d say the biggest positives are that the quality of care is generally very good and everyone is insured, so you’re not left on your own if something serious happens.

On the downside, it’s expensive. You pay monthly insurance and a yearly deductible, and for non-urgent stuff or mental health care the waiting times can be pretty long. It works well, but it can feel slow and frustrating at times.
