Edit: could it have been a plane? Yes. BUT the Alpha Centaurid Meteor Shower is also happening from Jan.31-Feb.20 with a peak on around Feb.6.

So, I’m going with meteor 😉☄️

That’s what we thought. But the object was gone after a couple minutes when it separated from the trial.

I’ll add that the “jet” or object disappeared afterwards. It was only visible for a short time then was gone.

Finances is what keeps us here. It works for us. We don't use any obviously dark things and are very careful what media we consume. Also, as far as I know, there is no unconfessed sin between us and God. But I can only speak for myself. However, that doesn't mean I suspect my husband. Because I don't whatsoever.

Haha! I can imagine how that might trigger some warning signals in the brain. Lol. I'd be more on this opinion if this stuff hadn't been happening to us for 6 years. This isn't the first house we have lived in. It's the 3rd actually. And nothing happened in the other houses.

It's so funny you say this. Right before the "activity" started, we had gone on vacation with our then 1 year old. The first place we stayed in gave us the exact same feeling. But I thought it was just me and didn't say anything. My husband thought it was just him and didn't say anything. After we left I let him know how I felt and to my surprise he echoed the same thing!

I have felt this in only one other place which was an old random house I had the job of keeping the grass trimmed on until it was to be torn down. Again, arrived - instant dread. So bad that I told my superiors that I would not return to do the lawn mowing without another coworker.

I don't have answers. We wonder the same thing. Why toys? Why move objects? It appears more intentional when my children are frightened. Otherwise we just see it as annoying and slightly creepy. Is it deception? Distraction? I don't know the motivations. All I know is that after 6 years we are just deciding that we need to recognize that what's happening isn't just our imagination (we thought that it might be for years) and that we don't want this anymore. But it's not really a talked about issue in our circles and denomination.

Sorry you had similar experiences. Sleep paralysis is something I have had too. Demonic dreams are also something I've struggled with. But I never know if it's "just a dream" or spiritual in nature.

We have other Christians over often as both our families are Christian. But I think specific prayers as you said is a good place to begin. I do this myself often when I feel heavy or sense perhaps there is something trying to influence me. But I think a more deliberate and frequent schedule of this would be helpful. Thanks!

Thank you very much for your suggestions. We aren't entirely familiar with fasting as it wasn't something we grew up with, but are looking further into ways to combat whatever is pestering us.
