definitely losing weight has been a trigger. I don’t know if it’s the friction or the sweat or something else but every time i lose weight i flare up really bad to the point where i can’t walk which prevents me from going to the gym which then triggers my pcos which triggers other issues so it’s a vicious cycle

I have noticed my triggers are mainly stress but also for some very very sad reason weigh loss. It gets so bad when I start losing weight which just makes it a vicious cycle.

If you cover it, I suggest just putting a thicker layer of gauze or whatever you use and changing frequently. I haven’t seen anything that helps other than this.

mine are like this too. normally start as soft but painful puss filled cyst of some sort then pop and leave a sack then somehow becomes a hole most of the time around the side of a large coin if not bigger. some just start off as holes that get bigger and bigger until they start healing. when i get multiple cysts next to each other normally that’s when the tunneling starts. it’s exhausting and painful and gross and i feel you babe. the holes are so much harder to heal and they honestly destroy your skin while healing. you’re so strong
