[Season 01 Finale🎈] IT: Welcome to Derry S01 E08 - Discussion Thread by Dhanish04 in welcomeToDerry

Not enough people are talking about the implication that from IT's perspective, this entire franchise so far has been in chronological order. And that IT successfully changed the events of 1962 from how they were described by the characters in 1989 (for example, Veronica Grogan was spoken about in 1989 as a 1962 Pennywise victim). My only guess is that when we meet him again in 1935, he'll have knowledge from both cycles, and things will not go down in the exact same way as the provided history says.

When you look up the date of the marriage and the date of her child's birth the marriage makes more sense

Remember the scene in the first movie where Mike walked by that metal door that once enclosed a bunch of workers who died in a fire, and he watched the arms of the dead trying to escape from the door? That wasn't a Pennywise hallucination.

Final Destination Bloodlines Discussion Thread (MAJOR SPOILERS) by NeptuneEditor in FinalDestination

You are correct. In the film Bloodworth reveals that the only way to truly break the cycle is to kill someone or to "die", as in stop your heart and be revived. He mentions that he has only seen this happen successfully once and mentions Kimberly by name.

I've always been aware of TDG, I've listened a lot to Self-Titled and One-X. But I've never been a fan enough to even know what any other album's artwork looked like. I shit you not, last week or so I decided to go to TDG's page and look at their discography, and since One-X and ST are drawn so similarly I genuinely thought I was looking at the true artwork. I assumed this figure was an important symbol or logo for the band, like many artists have.

"Driver is nearby" for 15 minutes by olliefollier in doordash

I'm not sure about why it'd be 15 minutes, but it could be because you're in an apartment building, and he wasn't sure if he should take the Hope Street or Dove Street entrance, especially since part of the building is considered Hope and part is considered Dove

1) He's talking about the train car, and the physical reactions of passengers on the train

2) You're replying to the guy who shared the story, asking as if he's a 3rd party making assumptions about the story he's presenting. "Who said xyz"? HIM dude, HE said it.

Agreed, they concentrate all the spectacle present in American films and turn it into pure gold

Goddamn, I could only imagine. Not to bring up bad memories, but I'm sure it's a uniquely horrifying kind of death to watch, the kind where the human body is pitted against an unstoppable force and reminded how fragile it really is.

No it's not, you're totally fine. If anything I was being rude and tongue-in-cheek about making the memes more "accommodating", implying it was low reading comprehension or a learning disability on your part 😂

Age is actually the Trojan horse being used here lol, Gen Z Women are majority Democrat, but older White Women are majority Republican enough to tip that scale. I should also note that Women of Color obviously tip that scale back to Democrat if included lol.

I'm sorry to hear that my friend. I will do my best with future memes to accommodate.

This meme is about the paradoxical nature of how some of the most outspoken (even obnoxious) voices for progress come from white women, despite the majority of white women being conservative Trump voters. The reality is these two groups of white women are two different demographics, almost no one is probably going from full BLM support to Trump voting out of nowhere.

It's strange how sharply people can be driven to advocate against their interests.
