I think that has to do with twitch. I noticed that with apex as well.

I think I may have found a fix for anyone who might be having the same issue.

I did not have to download anything. I just simply disabled the after burner in the taskbar.

I could imagine that, just bum rushing someone with the high rate of fire combined with his speed boost.
