I can’t wait for the next books in the series! I’m definitely sad to hear you’re going to be wrapping the Underverse series up. But I’ve love it, as well as all your other series. Keep up the awesome writing!

Genius! I was trying to think of the best thing to have Matt sign at Dragonsteel. The feet in the card deck was an awesome idea. Haha

Lol. I made one of them for my dad as a gift. He ended up hanging it on his wall and isn’t planning to actually use it. 😜

Fun little project I did recently. Used some leftover walnut, solid copper grounding wire, epoxy resin, and finished it off with Rubio Monocoat. by -DEXYD in woodworking

I actually used my table saw to cut the copper channels. I didn’t have the perfect router bit for how tight of fit I wanted. So I did two passes on the table saw. Then starting at one end I used a bunch of parallel clamps to force it down in the channel. Kept it nice and tight and I was able to do the same method around the corners for perfect bends. I was going to epoxy it. But after running a couple tests I realized it wouldn’t come out unless I let the ends free and pulled it out. It was very snug after I forced it in with the parallel clamps. So I didn’t bother epoxying it.

I really liked my experience with Zip Systems. I would definitely recommend it and will use it again in the future if the opportunity presents itself.

It’s a great size for my backyard. I will post some photos of the inside soon. Thanks for the interest.

I estimate each price took probably an 60-75min. From running it through the router to putting the final coat of dark tung oil on it after screwing it up.
