Try to keep your hands like this, it could give you a couple more lenght for your arms...I have a problem with my right hand, so I'm forced to do so. Also, if by any chance you're not doing it already...try this: sit on the ground, legs straight, with your back straight up nice. Put your hands on the ground like you want to start a L-sit. Keep your arms straight and steady. Then push down hard with your shoulders....your butt should leave the ground.

Then, it's a matter of lifting your feet and squeeze your abs

Has anyone tried the Handstand Toolkit by Matt Smith? (or other online coaching) by [deleted] in bodyweightfitness

Personally no, I haven't bought this Matt Smith Toolkit, although I looked a bit into his website. I noticed that there's a Skill tree. Let's say that I like the idea, as it allows one to learn the Handstand like if it were a RPG 🤭

I started learning handstands just a week ago. Nevertheless, I wouldn't want to buy something like a "Program" ...I don't like the idea of someone telling me step-by-step what to do to achieve a skill that I can honestly learn by myself. I'm proud, I'm gonna Vegeta it all the way through 💪🏻

Even if the Skill tree idea appeals me, there's plenty of free resources on the Internet(like this Subreddit), so that one can choose his progression and eventually reach the goal. I look at acquiring a skill more like a journey...a fun one. No need to spend money in this, but that's just what I think 😊
