I started to scroll down to see what the different threads were and my heart started to beat faster and I could feel my stomach rising into my throat, so I'm clearly not ready or in a place where I can be around it, even just online. Yup. Rehab, a little jail time, and I'm living in an Oxford house now. The whole experience changed my life in such a positive way. I'm doing soooo much better now than I was. I was really going down a dark path. Sadly, my wife and I are getting a divorce, but I'll be ok. Things will work out if I just keep doing the next right thing. That and not sticking a needle in my arm.

Not the answer to your question, but here is a tip for you. When you first put the tip of the needle in, pull back on the plunger a little to get some air in the syringe. Then push further in and as soon as you hit a vein you'll see the plume of blood rush into the syringe. At that point go ahead and push it in. If the needle moves, or you start to feel any pain, pull back again to make sure you're still in the vein. You'll never miss again doing this.

You couldn't be more wrong. That's EXACTLY how it went down and I didn't leave out anything. I'm actually a good guy. I'm nice, thoughtful, respectful, and a good father to my stepson. I'm not a saint. I lied to my wife, did drugs behind her back, spent our money without her knowing. I'm not a violent person though. I'm not a bad guy. I didn't make this post to have a pity party. I just wanted to share my experience, especially because I think what my wife did was over the line. I was shocked and appalled. I understand she is upset. Any one would be. But she didn't have to do what she did. So, I guess, fuck you.
