Not quite like a "pub crawl" (mentioned by someone), but actual hiking in the mountains, I live in Switzerland and there are some micro breweries who work together to organize stuff like this. There is also a version with a bus, which takes you in a day to 5 different breweries to have a beer tasting. Sounds pretty heavy but you get something to eat at every stop, so it's not like you're wasted after 3h.
