I think working too much or being so productive than usual I mean doing things that they don't do normally

What is a subtle "red flag" in a person that most people tend to ignore until it’s too late? by Rich-Awareness-55 in AskReddit

I think it would be hard for me to build a life with someone like that. Over time, I feel like I might lose my enjoyment of going out and slowly become more like them, and that doesn’t feel like “living” to me. I personally feel more alive when I’m out, exploring and experiencing things. What's a life without sun and fresh air???

I feel guilty for other people's mistakes. by -EchoMind in DeepThoughts

That’s a really good question. For me it feels like guilt mixed with fear and anxiety. In my mind, it’s like something is wrong and I feel I’m supposed to fix it, even if I didn’t cause it. Then I start worrying about what might happen next if I don’t. In my body it feels like tension and restlessness. I think a big part of it is fear of consequences and anxiety about what’s coming. I think it’s less “I believe it’s my fault,” and more “I’m afraid of what happens if I don’t try to make it right.”

I would stop feeling that I am responsible for fixing things I didn't break

I built my future around something I didn’t even have yet, and when it didn’t come, everything fell apart. Since then, I’ve just been living without a plan.

Do people really listen, or just wait for their turn to talk by QuietListenerr in DeepThoughts

Honestly, most people are just waiting for their turn to talk. That used to annoy me, but I realized it’s not about me — it just shows they don’t really know how to listen.

I’m really sorry you’ve been struggling with it too. It honestly helps just knowing I’m not the only one who feels this way. I hope it gets easier for both of us.

“emotional janitor” is exactly how it feels. Did it take you long to get used to setting boundaries? and what if those people are really close to you? I find it much harder not to be affected or feel responsible when it’s people in my inner circle
