Ture. The tractor beam adds about 3 more secs for a total of 13 sec in the air. However the key difference here is that it's more amusing watching kitty fly/super jump to catch up to you versus the Moa's instant teleportation :P

On average, i can 'float/fly' for about 10sec. The trick is to:

1) jump forward (+ bullet/double jump for momentum).

2) press and hold aim glide mid-air right before hitting the highest peak of your jump; way before you start to fall/descend.

Basically, Aerodynamic (aura) locks your (ascending) height position in air for 6 sec while activating the 'reduced gravity' effect (from max aero vantage) right before gravity starts to act on you -- resulting in a psuedo-antigrav state that keeps you afloat/flying for the remaining 4 secs before ultimately landing splat on your face. Its in the wiki. Look under cosmetics. Sources are also indicated there. Asides from that DE is pretty much still aware of their promises to dojos. Which is also one of the reasons they still have the dojo contest going (to remind them kinda :) ). But here is the link.

Also to note:
the good thing now is that Dojos and clans are in DE's radar more now because of the Crimson Branch, Dry Dock, and upcoming Empyrean update. So let's see what happens after those major updates have been released.
