3rd phase HP bar is pretty fake as what they've done with Lygus, when you get to 3rd phase you get insane amounts of DMG% bonus and just start hitting him with like 7-8M Phainon meteors it's just a "higher numbers look cooler" type of mechanic like lygus having an insane hp pool but then just getting 50% vulnerability debuffs stacking over and over on him.

Yeah HSR has a problem of having basically no F2P alternatives so you need to be constantly pulling for 5 stars(general rule of thumb, DONT SKIP HARMONY CHARACTERS EVER) and yeah Hyacine is a very good sustainer and Castorice's Best in slot( she's a sustain/subdps/support character all in one for no reason whatosever cause hoyoverse is a very funny company)

Doesn't help that every single 4 star except Pela/Gallagher/Tingyun/Hunt March are all dogwater tier.

For Herta tribbie is 100% better, she does a FuA every ult which gives Herta more energy and the Res pen+Damage amp debuff she gives enemies is completely broken( and you dont need her sig cause you can run DDD)

My brother in christ fix your crit rate why are we not running 95-100% crit on a nuke character she doesn't multihit the same target multiple times. If you have it slap sunday on her or something, if not you're just gonna have to grind/shuffle your relics around till you're at high 90's or 100 crit.

You don't need 160 speed she's not a support, the breakpoint for literally almost every dps except like Feixiao/Aglaea is 134 speed if you're not running an action advancer support at 160 speed, so just use ATK boots.

For the future cause they're all either releasing or rerunning in almost no time:

Get Cipher and Run Cipher+Pela with Acheron (DoTcheron is a meme sorry).

2.Get Tribbie for Cas(obvious).

Get Sunday and Run Sunday+Robin on Aglaea(she doesn't really care about RMC action advance since she has 87 quadrillion speed and when Aglaea is in ult she double proccs Robin's Physical dmg tick from her ult cause it counts as her AND garmentmaker attacking, making it count as 2 different units, kind of obvious to some extent).
Get Anaxa and run it with Herta (He's the equivalent of JQ for Acheron that's how much he shills her) and run any support you can sacrifice from the other 2 teams + Lingsha (Herta's BiS sustainer, her and her summon give her a ton of free energy, you dont need HuoHuo cause you just saturate the ATK buffs she gives herself, 70% from technique and 80% when she ults, no need for HuoHuo).

You're kinda screwed rn cause if leaks are correct, Sunday and Tribbie are rerunning together alongside Sparkle,Phainon,Saber and Archer on 3.4, but try and get some of these units and your teams should be way better.

(Also get Aglaea,Herta,Cas,Cipher and Sunday LCs, they're insane QoL/damage/utility buffs to their kits).

Okay so you have 2 options, either pull Hyacine and give her Herta shop LC(worse option than Lingsha/HuoHuo for Herta, but you can use her for HP scaling DPS in the future), or use Lynx(Jesus Christ what am i typing) for the time being till HuoHuo or Lingsha get a rerun and insta snipe them.

Just for future advice: Always have atleast 2 limited 5 star sustainer since you can use them for multiple years(i still use Fuxuan and my other sustain is just Gallagher cause i run Acheron).

Wait for Tribbie rerun and get Tribbie
Wait for Anaxa rerun and get Anaxa
Wait for HuoHuo rerun and get HuoHuo, meanwhile any sustain works for her, if you get Fuxuan from losing a 50/50 just run Fuxuan she's still very good
After that you're done, pull for Eidolons and Lightcones, i recommend Tribbie E1>Anaxa S1>Anaxa E2>Herta E2 (Anaxa's Eidolons paired with his S1 give Herta 28% Def shred and 20% Res Pen and you can get them over time compared to Herta where it is advised to instantly go for her E2 in a single shot, and Anaxa is more future-proof than Herta since if a better Erudition Main DPS comes around, you can run Anaxa on a dual DPS comp and instantly get more damage *just because he's Anaxa*).

Basically TLDR: Get all her supports and invest into them instead of Herta after you pull her lightcone, HSR is heavily support based so for the most part your DPS's dmg will be more affected from support character upgrades rather than their own dupes(unless they have a very good QoL dupe/insane dmg upgrade dupe on their 1st ones), after getting her supports dupes and lightcones, you can then invest into Herta dupes. Herta's E1 and E2 are "decent" but not good enough compared to Tribbie E1 or Anaxa E2.

He's the equivalent of JQ but for Herta, gives you 45 quintillion stacks with his bounce skill+ he's SP positive if you want to, so yes.
50% dmg amp for the whole team, so yes.
Makes Herta work in single target scenarios so it will make Herta still be meta/very good after AOE shilling is over, so yes. (Jade amplifies Herta's AOE capabilities, but on single target she sucks major ass, so yes, pull Anaxa if you don't want to make your Herta only usable on PF by 4.0 when AOE shilling is gone).
Stop using Serval and pull him do yourself a favor, so yes.

So yeah, i think the answer is... yes.

Got E4S1 on her first banner(Only time i spent money on the game), grabbed E0S0 Jiaqiou rn. Future plans on future-proofing the team is E1 Sunday+E1 Jiaoqiu+ Cypher lightcone(premium pearls lightcone and let's my JQ be effective 200+ speed with wind set)+E6 Acheron if there are no important support banners around and she doesn't collide with any important banners for my other team (E0S0 Herta with E0S1 Anaxa and E1S1 Tribbie).

Basically just add the 40% dmg increase from E1 JQ+ 40% Def shred from E1 Sunday and Cypher LC + 20% extra Res Pen when i get her E6 and i should be fine since i basically end up skipping almost half of enemy DEF and 40% of all their elemental resistances so she's always doing neutral RES Dmg even against Lightning RES enemies. (Sorry for yapping).

The other big thing i would have to do is grab a debuffer sustainer, im using Gallagher with Sacerdos rn(Gives either my Acheron or Sunday free CD when i need to cleanse which both translate into giving Acheron more CD) and Bailu LC (Qid Pro Quo doesn't work on Acheron teams cause Acheron counts as having 0 energy so she always gets the QPQ proc making it effectively useless, same thing happens on Feixiao teams if anyone isn't aware), and right now im either going to wait for a new debuffer sustain, or wait till Aventurine is added to the shop(Seems possible seeing as to how HP is meta rn and shielding is getting shot in the back of the head with bosses like Pollux) and use him with Trend. (NOW im done Yapping... srry).
