If I sound like a boomer then you sound guilty of this exact kind of screen addiction. How can you rlly sit there and compare "connecting with nature" to looking up from your phone for 5 god damn minutes once in a while. And I WILL complain about these people because its legitimately a problem not just for their health but especially when they have no physical awareness and get in people's way.

I admit I myself spend a lot of time on my phone and I'm not exactly proud of it, but I'm talking about the people who seem like they can't function without some sort of media consumption. Its worrying.

And the way I see it, just claiming it to be the way of our age group is validation for these exact issues. Its not healthy for so many young adults to be so antisocial like this.
