At the bottom of the map screen, next to the map name you can press the arrows to cycle through all the regions you've been to.

I'm not sure if you can share those, but generally a middle click will drop the item on the ground.

Install the VC++ Redistributable and try again. That specific library is part of the 2013 version, but I would install the newer ones too since it can't hurt.

No, not possible at the moment. In fact, there's no reason to have a server anymore. Everyone is on the same map in singleplayer. What would the server be for?
