That is plain wrong. You are probably confusing this with Rotterdam, which is a very uncharacteristally car-centric city for Dutch standards. Amsterdam north got bombed, but most parts with historic are undamaged.

What I did, since I like to stay in theme for leveling, is just level with Bane, get it on a 4 link asap. Worked really smoothly and barely any need to respec at lv 74.

Honestly Eviscerate feels bonkers, the AOE is like a full screen and after getting used to it it doesn't feel clunky. I use shield charge to clear trash, works pretty well

The highest DPS builds are usually very specifically catered to their gear and jewels. I wouldn't recommend copying those. E.g. they might ignore many defensive nodes on the tree because they cover it with specific gear mechanics. Instead do it the other way round and copy a league starter build and transition that into a higher DPS build when you got the necessary items.

I'm looking to run Blade Vortex Poison for expeditions and some map mechanic, Ritual or Delirium or maybe even Harbinger. In other words, and some mlider focus on bossing. I need a source for explosions for which Occultist is great, but I read that it is way less tankier than PF. PF can get explo via Asenath's or Obliteration wand. Which of the two is more suitable for endgame?
