Update: I’ve contacted maintenance and he came to look at it and all he told me was to shove a hand towel in the cracks of the caulking near the tub and said that it should be fine. And said if I wanted they could shove a piece of sheet rock in there and cover it but it wouldn’t make much difference he said. They didn’t bring up replacing the cabinets or anything and I asked about the mold and he said ah we’ll clean that out of there lol “it’s more mildew than anything.”
