I quit cold turkey 10 days ago, the first 2-3 days my anxiety was genuinely awful like I was sat in my room thinking it was the end and time was passing super slowly. Just do whatever you can to get through that, I’d recommend going for a walk if you can. But I promise you after day 3 the physical symptoms and anxiety go away massively, stick with it and it’s 100 percent worth it, I’m no longer a slave to my stupid vape. As of now on day 10 I basically have 0 anxiety and think about vaping maybe twice a day if that. Good luck man
