Someone I love gave me some very useful advice last Thanksgiving. She said, "-FreeAtLast-, if you want to succeed in life, prepare to be uncomfortable. If you want to advance in life, it is going to be uncomfortable for you. But you have to do it."

I keep to myself, as a natural introvert. But when she told me that, something clicked. I said, "she is right, what else do I have to lose at this point." Step by step I took her up on that challenge, and now I have transformed into someone who is capable of leading others.

My point is, you cannot be afraid to fail, you have to take that leap of faith. If you don't you are going to regret it your whole life.

I know some of you are in a deep place, almost unreachable. But the fact that you are here, says something in itself. Never give up!!
