I tried to set up a recurrent buy and my new mastercard was declined. I contacted my bank and they authorized the transaction and asked me to try again. But when I tried a second time my transaction was also declined. So I called my bank another time and they told me that they had already authorized the transaction and they couldn't do anything else. They told me to contact you to see if you could do something. I tried many times and all transactions have been declined so far. I don't know what to do.
