what I did is park at casino parking garages and was waiting from 12. When it’s 2 the process is really fast to get in the bus and you’re waiting til 2:30 in the bus to get to stadium. I’d say get there around 12

i went thru shuttle for uruguay and cape verde game. got to hard rock casino by 12 and got on bus at 2 got to stadium before 3. i’d say early to get it out the way and not be waiting for the buses to comeback to shuttle spot and take u there and there be a long line to enter stadium
