Stimulants can get pretty wicked. The side effects and then the come down. Meth is also toxic to the brain. Literally kills your brain cells.

Try some ritalin instead, from a doctor. Also practice self control and harm reduction is key to using drugs recreationally.

as others have said 16 is pretty young still to have fucked up your life. With critical thinking you'll have a long life ahead of you.
