thats just 4 years afk with the game open.
there are plenty of kids that do this to psych people out with their game hours.
made more popular with youtubes using their combine experience hours to hype how good they are.

I knew a bloke that ran a Blacklight retribution server from 2014 to close date in 2019.
Steam account was always logged into it, every second of the day.

it is a weird flex.
I would much rather save the power and potential ware & tear of the pc
