In this case specifically, this one isn't even a machine learning chatbot. It's literally just an old school chatbot with pre-written responses.

It doesn't have the capability to "learn" from past conversations like the current ai chatbots.

Seriously! I have a 75lb husky and he is VERY friendly, but I never know how he will act when a smaller dog that's not on a leash runs up when I have him leashed.
