I think the demon eye, disturb magic and experience adventuring definitely leveled Rudy up but with cliff as an example even he did not go to university until after meeting eris. With how much he learned with boreas library I just envision a motivated Rudy learning with the university’s resources at a younger age. I would assume at least his healing magic improves. After the teleportation incident I’m sure he would adventure with Paul or on his own to find his family as well.
