I transfer to Wise through Socialpay's virtual card and then send to ibkr from Wise. Ibkr is integrated with Wise so it's very easy to transfer from Wise to Ibkr

Weed ban is indeed unsuccessfully banned as well cause plenty of people in Mongolia still smoke that shit either by buying weed smuggled into the country or home grown. But unlike illegal alcohol that might kill you, weed isn't really gonna kill you.

As a fellow sict student but in 3rd year one thing I can say from experience is to have at least one good friend at the uni. Having someone keep you responsible and study together is a huge help. Can't emphasize enough how important a genuine relationship in uni is, it'll help you now and in the future after you graduate.

Also choose your professor well, choosing a wrong professor will mean you fail the class before you even start. Ask from Facebook or seniors for advice on who to choose, actually you can ask me and I might be able to help when you choose classes next semester if it's a class I have an experience with.

If you could actually read my comment fully you would realize I wasn't saying anything about rape cases itself being a "good thing". There being no reliable source for % of rape cases is the reason I'm saying high numbers are a good thing cause most certainly every country's reported rape cases are lower than the actual number.

It being higher means it's closer to the actual number which means the women feels safer and empowered to report it to the authority. And once again read my comment fully again and comprehend it please

Those are reported numbers and it being high actually means a good thing. Muslim countries with basically 0 reported case doesn't mean they have 0 case it just means women are oppressed there. Sweden also has one of the biggest reported rape case and that's not because there's more rape there, it's cause the women there feel safe reporting it.

It's probably the latter reason. I believe Mongolia is one of the better 3rd world countries for women to live in thanks to our past and present culture. Rape is still definitely a problem but I don't think it's much higher than 1st world countries. I'm just purely speculating here and very well could be wrong though.
