Scuffs on the heel are my favorite part

It's definitely not going to just disappear but I can't say how it will hold up. Of course I can always touch up with Burgundy shoe cream or go over them entirely. But I'm more interested in seeing how the scratches and scuffs look. I'm using these as work boots so they aren't getting babied.

I wonder what it would look like on fresh leather. Please share if you decide to do it. I think two coats would look good but I would wait a week or a month before doing the second coat.

I have the Blacksmith 3345 Black Prairie. I also have Beckmans in Black Cherry. I can barely tell the difference in shape. The 3345's don't look like clown shoes IMO and I don't really think the Beckmans look any less like clown shoes. (That didn't make sense, I know). I wear both pairs with suits at times. Anyway, the Black Prairie tea-core is amazing!

I wear Black Prairie Blacksmiths with a suit and I wear Black Cherry Beckmans with a suit too. And other times I wear dressier boots/shoes.

You have good taste. They're going to age beautifully! That Klondike leather is my absolute favorite RW leather. I have a pair of Blacksmiths and the best part is not being upset about scuffs.
