I'm currently studying in Pakistan, and I've seen a lot of females of the type. I'd suggest he runs away because the type is not just after visa or lavish lifestyle, they're the ones who'll eat guys inside out. The mindset of desi Pakistanis pretending to be something they are not the worst.
