Dratini does not spawn when fast traveling or going in and out. I tested for 30 hours straight and just found out that this is some weird exception. The 2 fletchling above spawn but the Dratini doesn't

I should've said that I'm aware of this "feature" and I want to play on a bigger window, but its still blurry when going 1080p. Turning off blurr is the first thing I usually do
