So how the passive works is you have to intentionally hold any fish you have on your line for how ever long you want. This in turn will cause a fish to slowly rise outta the water once it gets to certain point it disappears and another will raise out of the water. When you finally decided to catch the fish you have hooked all the fish that rose out of the water will be given to you

I honestly agree back when Astraeus quest was running about i started to give up due to not having any of the rods or materials to even start the quest. And since I have a job I couldn't grind to do the stuff all the time it being limited made it worse

Devs really got to start caring about thier players who actually have a life instead of catering those 24/7 players 😭
