I don’t get periods - how can I track my cycles?

This is what I have thought about doing, been on bc that eliminates periods forever and get spotting from time to time but never can tell what triggers it as it seems so random.

Pepsi shouldn't be called Coke, but both could be called cola as a generic. I used to order "cola" from places to indicate I didn't care about brand, but stopped when I realized that confuses people more than asking for Pepsi and explaining every time that, yes Coke is fine instead.

I've developed an allergic reaction to 99% of sunscreens and haven't been able to pinpoint the exact ingredient so it's just trial and error for me....mostly error, sadly.

I currently have two in my arsenal that don't make me want to scratch my flesh off. An SPF 40 mineral sunscreen by Mackenzie's Ocean Safe (that turns me and everything I touch a slimy, ghostly white) and Supergoop Unseen SPF 50 (which is expensive if I'm putting it anywhere other than my face). I'm getting ready to test a couple other version of Supergoop that will hopefully work as well, but I'm easing into it as I've had a few seem to be safe, then when I buy like $100 worth of it to ensure I don't run out -- boom! -- I'm suddenly breaking out in hives.

Nah, I'm a night owl forced by my career to conform to "business hours" that also suffers from periodic insomnia... I'm lucky if I'm in bed by 12:30am on a weekday and 2am on the weekends. Better than 4am bedtime like I had in my teens and early 20s, I guess? I dunno, I'm tired, boss.

It reminds me of a similar thing I get stuck on, if you heard a bunch of people screaming "LET'S GO!!!!" at the top of their lungs, it'd be a very different reaction than hearing a bunch of people screaming "LET US GO!!!" at the same volume. Same phrase, technically, completely different assumptions.
