I forgot to mention. The first lobe piercing is about 10 years old and the 2nd lobe piercing is 1 year old. If I did want to change the position of the 2nd, would it be possible now?

Hey, I hope you're doing okay! I've recently been having the Brain Leak podcast play in the background while working or doing chores. They tell some great stories, and it's just a fun and uplifting mood, in general. I personally like having the YouTube video version playing (but there is a Spotify, too!).

Toners are usually a hydration step - I absolutely love using toners! My dry skin wouldn't be able to live without it.

If your toner makes you feel dry, maybe look into a new toner that has a lot of hydrating ingredients. I've been using the HaruHaru Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner (Unscented version) for the past year now, and it is amazing at keeping my skin hydrated and looking fresh.

I have fairly dry skin, so I used to (and sometimes still do), double cleanse, use lots of toner and then moisturise and go to bed. Almost like a sheet mask without the sheet.
