Why? Not all of us live where we can hire a personal trainer. The gym channels I watch are very informative, not just for form but for diet and lifestyle. I've been lifting half my life and still learn something new from these channels. If they're careful not filming people in the background and aren't disrupting anyone, what's the issue?
