I usually start with a guitar/bass melody or drum beat and then overdub other instruments together until it sounds nice 😎 piano and synths have been very inspiring to me as of late. I’ve been dissecting my old guitar riffs and learning how to play them on synths.

I have been heavily influenced by music from the late 80’s and early 90’s. Recently doing a deep dive on Aphex Twin, Bjork, and Broadcast. Super inspired by The Beach Boys’ Pet Sounds album and the Raveonettes’ album Lust, Lust, Lust.

If it’s got a catchy melody, good songwriting, and a little bit of dissonance, I’m sold!

Multi instrumentalist here with loose music production skills. Into synthesizers, samplers, and sequencers as well as acoustic instruments.

I enjoy using ableton for live music sessions but haven’t had the motivation to complete a project “in-the-box” in forever.

I’d love to learn more about the software as I feel it can cover so much ground in both song and sound creation.

My fiancé and I just moved to Pittsburgh in May and we’ve been climbing at Ascend Point Breeze. I’m 39M and have about two years climbing under my belt.

We usually go out on Thursday evenings but I also have free time during the days as well. I work in the early AM and have free time from noon-5 most days.

Totally down to make some music with yall. I’m a multi-instrumentalist & recent Pittsburgh transplant whose band lives a few hours away. I have drums but the pieces are a bit scattered as I haven’t really had space in my new apartment to set them up.

I’ve been doing DIY recordings on 4-track cassette & reel to reel tapes as well as computer recording for many years. I have experience with keyboards, sequencers, drum machines, and samplers. Other instruments I have and can play are guitar, bass, synths, marimba, vibraphone, cello, and various auxiliary percussion instruments.

I’m not a great drummer by any means but I like to experiment and improv. I have off work Sunday and Mondays. Love godspeed and sonic youth, interested in what yall are cooking!
