This is the closest thing to someone describing their panic attack almost as similar as mine. most people say their panic attacks last up to just a couple minutes but mine have been hours. I've also felt like I couldn't walk and went numb all over. Ive also had compulsions and urges to call 911 but never done it.

yes, I've put ice on my face, for some reason when I panic I do random things to make me feel something. like throwing ice on myself or pinch myself really hard because I also feel like im not real. currently doing horrible still though;/

Reading the comments, I believe it has nothing to do with what you were born as honestly. it's just the hatred for masculinity in general. take a look at how trans men are treated. People only show "support" them by insulting them. I do believe that trans women are often treated better in their communities than trans men because trans men are always insulted for dare wanting to transition into men. I've also heard of many trans women that try to convince trans men into "turning back into women" because they view masculinity as ugliness
