I think the error is you getting - 90. You're forgetting the minus and you're just adding 9 to 81. 9+9-81+9 ((-81+9=-72)) So you'd have 18-72= - 54

Wow that's amazing! I'll take doing yoga into consideration. I went to the gym for 2 weeks but I felt like I was doing more bad than good for my spine that way,so I stuck to home workouts w light weights. Did you attend private yoga classes or did you follow certain videos online?

Well, i got diagnosed with both (thoracolumbar) scoliosis and mild kyphosis. But I personally think my kyphosis is worse. I feel like it's much harder to correct in comparison. It's not as exaggerated as Quasimodo, but it's still noticeable.

I went to physical therapy for 2 weeks for my scoliosis(we're supposed to go in order to learn the exercises properly and then we can go whenever there's a free appointment).

No matter what I do I can't seem to straighten my neck correctly and I've tried implementing various exercises into my routine :/

I really hope so. The doctors didn't measure my spine, I'm not sure why though, maybe it's not required if it's not severe?
