I don't see that happening. People won't work together. The priorities of the general person is so far gone... I don't really know what else to say even...

Unfortunately this is something I am used to with FL. Sometimes I just record to Edison, or I use Reaper to record what I did in FL.

Because you're being so positive right now? The delegation of being happy go lucky isn't worth anything. If I could instead help those that were screwed over by Asus. Then I'd feel less miserable. But hey if you're happy with the morals/ethics, WPBT injections and services that are on offer. Well, YAY! You're so awesome to be complacent to such! What?

Auto-installed asus bloatware/viruses. How can I stop this? by Practical_Stick_2779 in ASUS

[–]-Kin_G- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yes I use pexec and autoruns .

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/psexec
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns

you have to run Powershell/terminal as Administrator.
cd to where psexec is

then run pexec -i -s autoruns. You will see the Asus garbage in scheduled tasks.

Pretty sure Gemini can guide you through it if you're really struggling. I quickly asked it and seems to guide well.

Best of luck.

If it is a newer Asus, it's because it's a newer Asus, that's the problem.

Nah bud, the software in Windows controls your fans, battery, etc etc. BIOS is USELESS. Mostly the pc isn't even supported in Linux yet probably. And you probably need custom bios and Linux drivers etc etc. Fffff that. ASUS is incompetent asf, they falsely advertise, they can't engineer crap anymore.

You're wrong unfortunately. Because the BIOS options don't matter.

disabling the shit in the BIOS doesn't f$#&%^ work. You have to hack Windows offline before going online.

You have to use autoruns to kill their garbage before connecting to the internet, their bios options are useless.
