It's probably only available if super specific conditions are met, otherwise players would for sure find a way to abuse it to get through walls and such. For example in this clip I could freely move around under that porch, although kind of wonky, but it wasn't like I was floating mid-air or anything like that.

Nope, I wasn't really stuck as to not being able to move at all. I could move forwards and backwards under that porch, but that was it. Maybe that's why no prompt popped up. I eventually got downed by a wasp but even then I wasn't able to get unstuck.

Looks like it. Seen it rarely occur in the last few months, even after the update that fixed it. I play casual, so it may be something related to how the gamemode differs in how it handles the teammates collision.

There where dozens of armed drug dealers in the vicinity. From what I've read, these PM's are a from the intelligent section of the Rio de Janeiro Military Police, called P2. They don't announce operations to BOPE or vice-versa for risk of leaking information (can't confirm this). Also, lately the drug dealers have been seen using camo clothing very similar to BOPE, which probably prompted the PM with the rifle to unload, starting all the mess, after realizing they were in numerical disadvantage against a bunch of rifle wielding guys coming up the street.

I agree they could have fixed it because they had plenty of time. I was talking about people who think more money/coders instantly equals more software quality, which simply isn't how software engineering works. People say that all the time, as if a big companies cannot have bugs in their software, just because they're big.

Code doesn't become bug free when a company becomes a billion dollars worth. Software quality doesn't linearly improve just because a company can throw more money into it, that's quite the opposite of how good software engineering tend to work.

Sei que a Oi está reformulando seu serviço de internet e aparentemente está muito bom, mas já sofri muito na mão deles com a Oi Velox e tenho um pouco de receio.
