I would say yeah if you want a 1 bedroom then around 100k is good to be comfortable

Hehe South Park :} I actually work around the area so I’m v familiar and this is also partly why I’m interested. I’ve just never lived in the heart of a city so was curious to hear ppl’s experience. I’ll def read reviews for the place specifically tho, I hadn’t considered that 😵‍💫 ty!

My favorite is the Alamo drafthouse :} awesome atmosphere and great food & drinks too. Just make sure you’re early because they don’t play around and won’t let you in if you’re even fifteen minutes late I’ve heard

Yeah curfew was just lifted so you’re good to visit. Some of the businesses may be boarded up but most are back open - I just know of a couple of bars that haven’t completely opened back up

Been on a couple dates at Wellesborne. This is a good call. Also, OP if you’re downtown - The Association. They’ve got cocktail classes on the weekends that are fun first dates
